Under the current situation, the possible scenario that will materialise when some of our staff got infected with H1N1 is as follows:-
1. The team members that are in close proximity and close contact with the infected staff will be issued by health authority quarantine order and asked to stay at home for 7 days.
2. The office may be ordered to shut down for 7 days if a cluster developed in the office with many of the staff reportedly infected with H1N1. Some of the staff will be issued with quarantine order while some may continue to work at alternative worksite.
3. Shifting of Office quipments or files to alternative sites may not be possible as they needs to be disinfected. Disinfection will take about 2 to 3 days before staff that are not infected can return back to office.
What can we do to ensure that business continue unaffected and customers shipment orders are processed as per normal?

2. Be Responsible
If you are sick and having a fever, do not report for work. Consult a doctor immediately. Keep your team supervisor informed.
If you just came back from the H1N! Flu infected countries listed at MOH website, please inform your team manager and he will advise if you need to stay away from office and work from home.
If any of your family members living with you have been infected with H1N1 but you have yet to receive Quarantine order from MOH, please inform your team manager and he will advise accordingly.
